We warrant our products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for two years worldwide from their original purchase date.

Damage caused by regular use of the product, such as stains, burns, or rough usage is not cause for replacement and will not be recognized as covered by the warranty.

Is my product under warranty?

If you buy our products from any authorized distributors, you should exercise the warranty before such distributors. To find out more, check here.

Before submitting your request, here are some important info to remember:

  • Our team will thoroughly inspect all warranty claims.

  • Any damage that is related to improper care or misuse is not covered with the warranty. Here is a link to our Care recommendations.

  • You must submit the order number and the batch code together with photos of the defect. The Batch Code is a number we use to identify and control our production. It should look like OPXXXXXX.

  • The batch code can be located on the label of your product and on the box.

  • Warranty requests without the necessary information won’t be approved. 

  • If your request is approved, we will ship to the original country of purchase only.
